  • Can I modify my order? / Can I cancel my order?

    No, unfortunately we cannot modify or cancel your orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

  • I am missing item(s) in my order.

  • I received broken item(s) in my order.

  • What Payment Methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Razor Pay, Mastercard, Visa and UPI. All transactions are in Indian Rupees. All payments made on www.saravanaembassy.com are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.

    We do not accept Cash on Delivery / COD.
